> Video Consultation
Have a video consultation with a doctor from anywhere. This way, you don't have to put your health on hold, and you can do it safely from your hotel or wherever you are, without needing to travel.
• You can book your Permanent Attendance Video Consultation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without needing to leave your location. All you need is a PC, tablet or mobile phone with internet access.
• Book your Scheduled Video Consultation on week days from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. with the doctor and speciality of your choice at a time that suits you best, all from the comfort of your hotel.
> Permanent Appointment Service in Private Hospitals
Your Health Plan guarantees Emergency Appointments from 50€ at the best private medical units. Just call +351 210 402 426, indicate where you are and you will be informed of the nearest Permanent Client Service.
> Call the Doctor from wherever you are, 24h/ day
You can request this service whenever and wherever you need it, 24h a day;
• Transport by Ambulance to the Public Hospital Free of Charge in cases of Emergency, if validated by the doctor after the Home Medical Visit.
> Appointment, Tests, Treatments, Surgeries and Hospital Admissions
If you need to make an appointment, have a test, undergo surgery or be admitted to hospital while you are in Portugal, you can enjoy reduced prices at the Clinics and Hospitals of our Medical Network.
> Dental Treatment
Allows you to profit from 30 free treatments in the Dental Network and pay preferred prices for the remaining treatments.
> Helpline
The TOURISTCARE Health Plan allows you to make a booking for all of your appointments, Tests, Treatments, Surgeries and Hospital Admissions through the Helpline Service at +351 210 402 426 (working days from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm). We have a team which is always ready to help.
